About me

My name is Martin Fahrner, born on August 27, 1993. I am now the proud father of a young daughter.

My life has been closely connected to alpine ski racing since childhood.

What began as a passion in the snow developed over the years into my calling and a path to support people in their athletic and personal development.

From an early age, I was fascinated not only by speed or competition, but especially by the interaction between technique, equipment, mindset, and personality.

This curiosity gradually led me behind the scenes of international ski racing.

For more than a decade, I have worked as a coach and serviceman at World Cup and European Cup level, supporting athletes from various nations. Working in high-performance sport has shown me that success is not defined by talent or physical strength alone.

What truly matters is the mental ability to deal with pressure, setbacks, and expectations - exactly where races are often really decided.

Through these experiences, my interest in the mental side of performance grew stronger and stronger. Today, I combine my practical experience from elite sport with structured mental training. My goal is not only to make athletes faster, but more stable, focused, and confident - both in sport and beyond.

As Team Principal of the World Racing Academy, I work every day to create environments where athletes can develop individually.

For me, the person always comes first: their story, their motivation, and their unique path to success.

My own journey has shown me that development is never linear. Challenges, changes, and new perspectives are all part of the process.

These experiences shape my work today - authentic, practical, and grounded in a deep understanding of the realities of high-performance sport.
